About Tawny
Tawny has been practicing art and photography for over 15 years, beginning as an art major at Whittier College where she practiced Oil Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, and Ceramics following High School. At CSU Bakersfield she continued her art interests in the areas of Oil Painting, Screen Printing, and Photography before transferring to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biological Sciences.
After pursuing a teaching credential she taught high school Biology and Leadership for 3 years before moving to Idaho to be closer to her family and pursue her dream of professional photography. Her training in the areas of classic Black & White and digital photography, along with her extensive art background bring a unique and creative flair to her images.
Every session is geared towards meeting the needs of the individual clients in a relaxed and positive environment.
